What is included in your private tours?

Every private tour includes a professional driver-guide, a private luxury vehicle, hotel or address pickup and drop-off, bottled water, and all applicable taxes and tolls. Attraction admissions vary by tour and are clearly listed on each tour page.

Where do you provide pickup?

We pick up from hotels, homes, and short-term rentals across the Greater Toronto Area — including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Scarborough, Vaughan, Oakville, Burlington, and Hamilton — as well as Toronto Pearson (YYZ) and Billy Bishop (YTZ). Other locations available on request.

Are attraction tickets included?

Some tours include specific admissions (e.g. Journey Behind the Falls on the day tour). Others let you add tickets during booking — the boat cruise, Skylon Tower, helicopter rides, and more.

Can we customize the tour?

Yes. Every private tour is flexible — you decide the pace, the order, and how long to spend at each stop. For fully bespoke itineraries, use our Custom Tour builder for a same-day quote.

What happens if it rains?

Niagara Falls is spectacular in any weather. Umbrellas are provided in the vehicle, and most viewpoints are accessible rain or shine. If weather makes a tour genuinely unsafe, we will reschedule at no cost.

What is your cancellation policy?

Most tours offer free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before your pickup time. Cancellation terms are shown at booking. Custom itineraries and peak-season fireworks tours may have stricter terms.

Are children allowed?

Absolutely. We welcome travellers of every age. Complimentary car seats and boosters are available on request — please tell us the ages at booking.
